So, I was down to 182 and then I just kinda freaked out and have been holding at 190 since late July. I'm not sure where my motivation went. So, I'm trying to get back on track. Keeping a food journal, measuring my food, getting in my fruits and veggies. Not eating at work (I work in an Italian resturant).
